The pre-season session, January - March, is based on a ten-lesson program taken over three months. The preseason is the time to assemble the fundamentals and motion pitches you’ve learned in the offseason and build up your strengths. Beginner-level pitchers who start months their 2025 season will have a chance to develop a solid foundation with accuracy and speed, then step on the mound with confidence come April.
The in-season program takes place in April - May and the summer program is June - July. Practice Pro veterans choose lessons based on a flexible drop-in schedule. Since schedules are tight, pitchers don’t have to come to the same class every week as they would during our winter programs. It’s imperative to get lessons during the season, as bad habits tend to creep in during competition. Beginner-level pitchers who start in April or May will progress through our structured 8-week program on the same day and time each week.
In September you have the chance to register for the off-season (October - December) and pre-season (January - March) together at a discount. There is also another enrollment period at the end of the year in December for the preseason program.
The offseason session, October - December, is based on a ten-lesson program. It is often one of the most fun times to train, as players have a chance, make big strides with fundamentals, and learn new movement pitches. Beginner-level pitchers who start well before their 2025 season will be at a huge advantage having the chance to develop a solid foundation with accuracy and speed, then will step on the mound with confidence come April.
Step on the mound with confidence after our programs!
